Their vision is to connect leaders and build leadership capabilities globally by designing training, development and capacity building programs the inspire leaders to help through acting on shared goals. Roxanne has expertise in conducting purposeful market analyses by collecting proper data, evidence‐informed practice and in offering services in program evaluation, survey design, implementation and interview guide development, focus group facilitation, data analysis (qualitative and quantitative), training and capacity building program evaluation, evidence reviews, strategic planning and report writing. Most recently, Roxanne partnered in the launch of the Network For Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) Canada. NTFE’s mission is to prepare the next generation of youth entrepreneurs for the future of work through activating entrepreneurial mindsets and building start‐up skills in youth from under‐resourced communities to enable success and contribute to building a more vibrant and inclusive society.
